PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

He was Partner at JJR abogados in charge of the TMT area leading all the related
matters (2024-2020). Prior to that he was Manager of Institutional and Strategic
Relations at ENTEL (2020-2011) providing strategic advice on regulatory and
antitrust issues, M&A, company acquisitions and concessions, participation in
public tenders for spectrum allocation, participation in regulatory and antitrust
litigation with the greatest impact on the sector.

Additionally, he was representative before different authorities and institutions, including among others the National Economic Prosecutor's Office, Sernac, Undersecretary of Telecommunications, General Comptroller of the Republic, Transparency Council and the National Television Council.

He has also participated on numerous occasions in different commissions of the
National Congress on various topics. Prior to that, he was Chief Legal Manager (CLO) of ENTEL PCS (2011-1997), in charge and leading all legal and corporate affairs.

Cristián teaches classes in different regulatory and antitrust matters, including specialized professional refresher courses in the Master in Regulatory Law LLM of the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (2011 to date); the Master in Regulatory Law LLM of the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (2011 to date); the Magister in Public Law at Universidad Finis Terrae (2016 to date) and the Diplomas in Free Competition and Protection of Personal Data, both taught by the Law School of the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (2018 to date). He also has been invited to speak as an expert and academic on numerous occasions before committees of the Senate and the Chamber of Deputies of the Chilean Congress in relation to bills in the field of his specialty. He has provided training on telecommunications and antitrust to foreign regulatory agencies.
